SHIPPING POLICY

Order Cancellation

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate the return process. Upon return of your order, we can process a refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured shipping:

• You have the option to reship your order or receive a refund if the order is lost in transit.

If you used "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing":

• We will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Yourstorei is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address placement during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. We take full responsibility for any error made on our part at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred after shipping. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping times vary by location. Below are our estimates:

  • United States: 7-15 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 7-15 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 Business days
  • Central & South America: 15-25 Business days
  • Asia: 7-15 Business days
  • Africa: 15-30 Business days

Maximum delivery time: 20 business days.

  • This does not include our <-3 day processing time.
  • All snipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Note that for some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and there is no tracking information available, please contact us.
